Two ways to get your Will sorted this September
This Wills Month, Dove Hospice & Wellness is pleased to offer two options to help make writing or updating your Will easier.
Complimentary Will-writing with Duncan Cotterill
We’re pleased to offer complimentary Will-writing services during the month of September in partnership with Duncan Cotterill’s Auckland office.
This opportunity is available to those who wish to include a legacy gift to Dove Hospice & Wellness in their estate planning. By participating, you’ll receive expert legal assistance with a Will at no cost, while helping support the future of Dove’s care and services in our community (terms and conditions apply*).

Write your Will online with EveryWill
Through our partnership with EveryWill, you can create a legally valid Will online from home in around 10 minutes, at no cost.
EveryWill is designed to make estate planning simple and accessible, and your Will can be updated online in the future at no charge.
As part of the process, you will have the option to include a gift to Dove Hospice & Wellness. This is entirely optional, and there is no requirement to leave a gift to Dove to use the complimentary service.

Whether you’re writing your first Will or updating an existing one, Wills Month is a good opportunity to make sure your wishes are recorded and your Will reflects what matters most to you.
*Terms and conditions
- This offer applies to amendments to existing Wills and new Wills.
- To qualify for the complimentary service, your Will must include a bequest of at least $1,000 to Dove Hospice & Wellness.
- If your estate planning is complex (e.g. family trusts and entities) and/or extra advice on estate claims is required (e.g. relationship property, family claims), then standard rates will apply. If so, you will be notified of this after the first consultation and, in recognition of Wills Month and to support Dove Hospice & Wellness, a discount of 25% against those legal fees will apply.
- Where you elect not to include a legacy gift to Dove Hospice & Wellness in your Will, standard rates will apply.
- Wills must be completed no later than 30 November 2026 to qualify.
- The offer is open to the first 100 Will-makers.
- The offer is extended by the Auckland office of Duncan Cotterill only and does not apply to other Duncan Cotterill offices around New Zealand.
