Terms and conditions:

• This offer applies to amendments to existing wills and new wills
• If your estate planning is complex (e.g. family trusts and entities) and/or extra advice on estate claims is required (e.g. relationship property, family claims) then standard rates will apply. If so, you will be notified of this after the first consultation and, in recognition of “Wills Month” and to support Dove Hospice & Wellness, a discount of 25% against those legal fees will apply.
• Where you elect to not include a legacy gift to Dove Hospice & Wellness in your will, standard rates will apply.
• Wills must be completed no later than 31 October 2024 to qualify.
• The offer is open to the first 100 will-makers.
