Body Therapies (Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Guided Breathing)

Body therapies are applied once our therapists have a full understanding of your situation. Careful assessment then leads to the best combination and sequence of body therapies. Body therapies provide time and space for both body and mind to slow down and work together to find new responses to challenging circumstances.

Aromatherapy involves the use of organic oils and plant extracts to ease tension and lift the spirit, while gentle massage loosens tension built up during illness.

Reflexology is foot massage combining gentle and specific stretching and finger pressure over soles, ankles and arches to relieve conditions associated with circulation and fatigue.

Guided breathing introduces breathing techniques designed to minimize internal confusion, energy depletion and exhaustion. Breathing better helps to physically nourish the body and the mind.
